From an initial idea to raffle off a special edition Kubota RTV for charity – Fusion approached the Air Ambulance Association with a view to raising funds for the 20 UK air ambulance charities represented.
With a high proportion of Air Ambulance rescue missions carried out across the UK every year related to agriculture and construction, partnering the air ambulance charities offered a relevant and necessary fit with Kubota’s core markets.
Discussion and ideas developed with a full promotional campaign initiative created by Fusion; ‘Working Safely, Saving Lives’ – with the aim of raising £250,000 over 12 months for all the air ambulance charities whilst also promoting the importance of health and safety in the workplace.
To encourage people to donate and raise money, a Special Edition RTV-X900 utility vehicle is offered in an on-line prize draw. Working with the UK’s leading on-line fundraising web company Capen (responsible for Red Nose day amongst others) a responsive website was created for participants to donate and enter prize draw. The Kubota Working Safely campaign is the first co-ordinated national corporate fundraising campaign for all the UK Air Ambulances.
