Fat Hog Evolution brand development + launch
Fat Hog is a range of decorating tools aimed at professional decorators. Launched 2007, Fat Hog was promoted as a no nonsense, straight talking brand; products designed to make decorators jobs easier enabling a quality paint finish.
After further product development, client PPG Architectural Coatings wanted to launch a new enhanced range branded ‘Fat Hog Evolution’. Fusion was briefed to develop a launch strategy initially focussing on paint roller sleeves.
Our creative approach aimed to excite the market, reigniting interest in the brand to become the product of choice for the trade.
A new strap line was created to underpin the new product technical enhancements and user benefits: Smarter Stronger Faster
The results of the campaign had a positive impact on sales enabling phase 2 roll out of Fat Hog Evolution brushes.
